Margaret Kennedy
Consultant

Margaret established MK Agency in 1996 after seventeen years as a book editor in the UK and Australia. Her editing expertise anchors the agency, and she regards the agent’s role in advancing the careers of writers in both the traditional and emerging marketplace as an extension of her original calling.

Her personal interests are in literary fiction by gifted writers, music and the arts, religion and food and cooking.

Margaret is a founding member of the Australian Literary Agents’ Association.

Margaret is not taking new submissions, but acts as a consultant on the agency’s work.
